ENTRANCE TEST- CUM - ADMISSION INTO POST BASIC B.Sc., (N) 2YD COURSE
FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2014-15
Application form for Entrance Test – Cum- Admission into Post Basic
B.SC., (Nursing) Course for the academic year 2014-15 into the colleges
affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada
are invited through online from the eligible women candidates
only.
Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission into Post Basic
B.Sc., (Nursing) Course should have passed Intermediate Examination (Or) Any
other equivalent examination (10+2 pattern) recognized by the University in
A.P. or Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh (And) Technical
Qualification: Should have passed General Nursing and Midwifery from an
institution recognized by the Govt. of A.P. or Nursing Council of India and
shall be registered with the State Nursing Council. The
Candidates seeking admission into Post Basic B.Sc., (N) Course under
Management Quota shall also qualify in the Entrance Test

Age: Candidate should have completed 17 years and
should not be more than 45 years as on 31st December of the year
of admission. In case of SC / ST
Candidates the maximum age shall be relaxed by 3 years.

Availability
of Application form: (1) The Online
Application Form is available in the Web Site :
http://ugntruhs.in (2) The Candidates
should fill the Application form through Online is available in the website from
16.08.2014 at 10.00 A.M to 28.08.2014 upto
5.00P.M. (3) The candidates are directed to download the Regulations and to take
print out (25 pages). (4) The candidates are advised to go through the
regulations carefully before filling up the application form.

Registration Fee: The Registration fee is Rs.1050/- Rs.850/- for SC/ST
candidates in the form of SBI e-challan paid at any
SBI branch. The procedure for
downloading SBI e-challan is available in the
prospectus.

Submission of filled-in application form:- The candidate
should submit the print-out of the filled-in online application form along
with the copies of required certificates attested by Gazetted
officer and the SBI e-challan (university copy)
either by post or in person on or before 30.08.2014
by 5.00 PM to: The Convener,
Under Graduate Admissions Committee,
Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P.,
Vijayawada – 520 008. .
The
candidate should clearly superscribe on the cover
containing online application form as “Application for PBNET-2013”.

Downloading
of Hall Tickets: The candidates shall download the Hall-tickets for on 11.09.2014 & 12.09.2014 from the website: http://ugntruhs.in
by 05.00 p.m

Date and
Time of Entrance Test: The Entrance Test, will
be held on 14-09-2014 i.e., (Sunday) from 10-30 AM to 12-00
PM
Entrance
Test Centers: 1). Osmania Medical College, Koti, Hyderabad
2).V.R. Siddhartha Engineering College, Kanuru, Vijayawada.

Application forms received without copies of the required certificates,
challan (Original) towards Registration Fee and
applications received after last date will stand rejected automatically. The
University holds no responsibility for any postal delay / Loss in Transit.
NOTE: In case of any
new colleges are affiliated to the University for the Year 2014-15 before the
date of Counseling, the seats in those colleges also will be filled up. NO
FURTHER NOTIFICATION WILL BE ISSUED.
